Welcome to TS Techniques Surfaces (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd

TS Techniques Surfaces Malaysia offer high specification, high performance coating services. Our custom built facility in West Port Klang has primarily been set up to provide our range of coating services to the South-East Asian Oil & Gas tool manufacturing market, but we also service customers from the engineering and aerospace sectors.

TS Techniques Surfaces are part of the Surface Technology plc group, who are themselves a part of Norman Hay plc. Our Malaysian operation complements our other specialist coating operations in Perth, Western Australia, and numerous locations in the UK including Irvine, East Kilbride, Leeds and Coventry. Our Coating Services

We focus on providing corrosion and wear resistant coating systems, as well as dry film lubricants, phosphating, and plating. The following is a comprehensive list of the services we offer at our Malaysian facility;

• Dry Film Lubricants - PTFE (Xylan), Molybdenum Disulphide (Molycote, Everslik)
• Corrosion Resistant - Epoxy Paint systems, Manganese and Zinc Phosphate
• Wear Resistant - Ceramic coatings (SermaGuard)
• Plating - Electroless Nickel, Acid Copper, Cyanide Copper, Silver
• Pre-treatment - Aluminium Oxide and Chilled Iron Grit Blasting

With over 20 years experience applying precision coatings, we have the necessary expertise and experience to handle complicated one-off components for our customers. Our extensive test and inspection instrumentation allows us to produce certificates of conformity which comply to the most stringent of customer standards, and our processes and controls are designed to satisfy the audit requirements expected in the Oil and Gas industry.
